It was the long awaited battle, and it was a hard fought one. But the victor we now know is Pomegranate Sorbet.
Pom and Trai faced each other for a Weakest link based Final, after both recieving an amazing 19 points each in the rounds. Trai proved tough competition and both got through their five questions each tied with 1 a piece, and the Final was taken into sudden death.
Pom won by knowing the exact speed the back to the future DeLorean had to travel to travel through time proving that not all trivial facts are useless. (88mph for those who have never seen the films)
The Final was for this trophy, provided by Traian who also edited the plaque for the competition, and for future smartassterminds.

Is this the Battle of the year so far? Who will win?Trai and Pom proved that their specialist knowledge was nothing to be laughed at. Hmm well maybe Pom who shocked me with his request to have Boy Scouts of America as his specialist topic. He proved nothing to be laughed at, both contestants scoring an almost perfect 19/20.
